We Can Scan All Sizes and Types of Microfilm

Our Sunrise Imaging, Bell & Howell, Wicks & Wilson and other microfilm scanners can cope with jacket, roll, COM, 35mm aperture card or any other form of microfilm data.

DCS are one of a handful of UK suppliers approved by the Public Records Office (National Archives) to scan their valuable microfilm information.

Our Wicks & Wilson scanner can also read punched Holrith data direct from the card, if available, which reduces the indexing required for large volumes.

The final images, if microfilmed originally to a good standard, will then be just as high a quality as a direct scan of the original document or drawing with up to 400dpi resolution across the original sheet size.
