Using our sophisticated Kodak high speed duplex scanners we have the capacity to scan over 500,000 pages per day into most formats including TIF, PDF, OCR, HTML, JPG and many more.

Over 5000 drawings can be stored on a CD-ROM making this a far more efficient form of storage than microfilming your drawings. We can also convert paper drawings into fully structured CAD files.

We can scan your microfilms and archive them with all your other documents so any user can access them instantly from their desktop. DCS can scan all forms of microfilms including rolls, microfiche, COM, 16mm up to full plate and even X-Rays and photographic negatives.

Our data keying bureau can type data from documents using single or double key entry giving high accuracy data input at low cost. Our operators can process hundreds of thousands of forms per day.

DCS have developed our own sophisticated OCR and HTML conversion software which can accurately and cheaply convert large volumes of paper information into electronic form. The files we can supply include MS Office, HTML, SGML, XML, PDF, TXT, Spreadsheets and many more.

DCS offer a wide range of EDMS format conversion services from one system to another. We can read most optical, WORM, CD, tape and disc data formats and convert both the image/document files as well as the associated index data.
